From our part, we will ask you to fill in:
– TOUR CONTRACT, in which you will also find the specification of the services ordered, the amount of the deposit, the amount of the supplementary payment and the due date.

We usually need the following informationto implement and successfully prepare the tour:
–your name, date of birth, passport number and your place of residence.
–in the case of tailor-made trips – the dates, number of people, destination, category of accommodation, form of meals and programme content

We handle your personal data with the utmost care in accordance with GDPR and only provide it to suppliers and partners who can’t do without it, e.g. when purchasing flights, booking hotels, arranging entry to important sights, etc. For this reason, we ask for your consent to the processing of your personal data at the end of the contract. If you give us your consent, we will also include your email in our database for sending out e-newsletters (the frequency of sending is about 5 times a year).

When applying, before signing the tour contract, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with:

For all our products we offer trip cancellation insurance, medical expenses insurance or a combination of both. We successfully cooperate with the insurance company ERV – European Insurance Company, with which we have also arranged travel agency insurance against bankruptcy of the travel agency and optional insurance against general liability of the travel agency since our inception.

Once we have mutually signed the tour contract and you have paid the deposit, you can start looking forward to your holiday.

If you do not contact us sooner with your own questions, we will send you detailed information about your trip well in advance (30-60 days before departure). In case of group tours we also organize an information meeting with a guide.

We will be in touch again a few days before your departure. You will receive information from us on the possibility of electronic check-in, so that you can choose your seat on the plane or a special meal.

At the airport, or elsewhere by arrangement, we will give you all the necessary documents (tickets, vouchers, visas, contacts of local travel agencies, etc.) before your trip.

And the holiday can begin!

During your stay abroad, we are always on call (24/7) for any eventuality.

Upon your return, we ask for your feedback, it is a valuable help for us in further development.

Each of us has a slightly different idea of the ideal holiday – there are many options, and everything can be combined – sights, people and culture, nature, hiking, cycling, safaris, beach holidays, one or more destinations and other activities (trekking, rafting, snorkelling, ballooning, train rides, cruises…)

Accommodation is also a matter of preference – from cosy local hotels, to bungalows or mountain lodges, to luxury hotels.

We can provide you with a local guide (English speaking or possibly some other language).

Airfare. We will be happy to find out the current price with a specific request, or you can choose your destination according to the current flight deals. In most of the tours the airfare is not stated.

In each destination we work with a verified local partner, with whom we always consult the best options and who will be available throughout your stay in case of unexpected complications.

To enter and stay in some of the countries we visit, citizens of some other countries must have a valid travel visa. Foreign nationals are obliged to inform themselves about visa requirements at the embassies of the countries they are travelling to, including transit countries, and to obtain the necessary visas. Citizens with a passport other than a Czech passport are responsible for arranging their own visas. In some cases, we can assist them in arranging visas.

Travel to exotic countries often involves special health precautions. Some countries require compulsory vaccinations, others only recommend them. Prevention against hepatitis A (or B) and typhoid fever is essential and effective in the long term. Antimalarials are recommended for some areas.

More detailed information on what falls under health measures and vaccinations (whether they are compulsory or recommended) is given in the so-called pre-departure instructions for individual tours, which are usually sent to participants at least one month before departure.

We recommend that you consult a specialist doctor or a health post about the use of medicines and vaccinations of any kind.
