Malbec beneath the snow-capped peaks of the Andes, Tannat from the three brothers in Uruguay, and vineyards explored by bike. In the spring of 2027, Linda Karpašová and I will set off on a 17-day journey to discover the wines of Argentina and Uruguay.
We’ll visit a family-run winery in San Rafael, Fabre Montmayou in Mendoza, and the Uruguayan winery Pisano. We’ll also be tasting wines in the wine-growing town of Cafayate and amongst the vineyards in Maipú. And as this is a trip (not only) to discover wine, we’ll also be visiting the Iguazú Falls, the Andes and Buenos Aires.
